Order and payment

What payment methods do you offer?

Card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and soon Klarna in selected countries.

I have not received an order confirmation

If you have not received an order confirmation, please start by checking your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact support@hellobillie.com and we will send it to you again.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If the order is processed and shipped from the warehouse we cannot make any changes unfortunately.

If you want to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to support@hellobillie.com

If you want to cancel your order even though it has been shipped from our warehouse we will charge you 79 kr/€7.99 for the return costs.

Is it possible to track the status of my order?

Once the order is shipped you will get a shipping confirmation to your email from our printing partner Gelato where you'll find a link with a tracking number. In the link you will see the estimated delivery day.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Once you place an order, printing usually takes 2-3 business days. Then the carriers take it from there!

How much does shipping cost?

Hello Bille offer free shipping over 499 SEK/€49. Otherwise the shipping cost is 79 SEK/€6.95.

How long is the delivery time?

Once it is shipped from the warehouse it takes about 2-5 business days depending on where in the world you're ordering from.

Where do you ship from?

All European orders usually ships from Germany.

Returns

What are your return policy?

You have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 14 days receiving the product(s). The product(s) must be unused and still in the same new condition as it was when the item was received.

Do you offer free returns?

No, we do not offer free returns. You need to cover any return costs. All returns will be shipped to Sweden.

How do I create a return?

Send an email to support@hellobillie.com with your order number and reason for returning. We will then send you further instructions.
